Husqvarna’s HiPERFLOOR concrete surface finishing system radically transforms new or old concrete floors. Through mechanically grinding, treating and polishing, concrete is transformed into a highly abrasion resistant, dense, smooth and visually appealing surface.
Unlike topical coatings, the HiPERFLOOR shine comes from the polished concrete itself. This results in a flooring material that is hygienic, easy to clean and slip resistant.
Industrial Finish
Unlike the topical clear sealer coating systems that many are familiar with (epoxies, acrylics and urethanes) that are expensive to install and have high maintenance costs Hiperfloor is a concrete flooring solution that actually transforms the actual existing concrete floor into an environmentally responsible and beautiful new surface. The system consists of refining the concrete floor through grinding, chemical treatment and polishing to produce an economically responsible and hard wearing flooring surface.
Unlike traditional polished concrete which looks dull and lifeless, the hiperfloor process creates a highly reflective glass like finish that is visually appealing and has all the appeal of terrazzo without the cost. With a choice of decorative finishes including exposed aggregate, the process is hygienic and easy to clean while being durable and slip resistant. Industrial finish is a low gloss application customised for industrial floors that require a high level of durability while still being low maintenance and aesthetically pleasing. Commercial finish is a medium gloss application that is ideal for retail areas, indoor commercial and public spaces while being low maintenance and aesthetically pleasing.

Traditionally, a ‘polished’ look has been achieved through surface and clear sealer coatings such as epoxy’s and acrylics. These topical clear coating systems have a very limited life and high maintenance costs. HIPERFLOOR significantly reduces these costs by mechanically refining the actual concrete floor surface.
The process transforms the existing concrete substrate into a highly abrasion resistant and functional floor surface. This translates into reduced life maintenance costs, especially cleaning. This system eliminates the need for surface coatings which in turn reduces installation costs. In addition, higher light reflectivity of the polished surface means lower energy costs.
Using Husqvarna premium grinding equipment, diamond tooling and chemicals; the system consists of five steps; grind, fill, densification, polish and protect. HIPERFLOOR floors are odorless and relatively quiet, meaning the process can be carried out in occupied areas with no need for vacate. This ensures the process can be arranged around your business requirements, avoiding expensive lost revenue and downtime.
Premium Finish
A high-gloss finish for exposed aggregate concrete floors that offers a decorative and aesthetic finish with exceptional durability. Hygienic, easy to clean and extremely resistant to abrasion and slippage. This is primarily an indoor application designed for showrooms and high-end real estate where floor flatness, reflectivity and beauty are the primary concerns.
The HiPERFLOOR process radically transforms an existing concrete substrate into a wear surface without the use of a surface coating, resulting in increased life and reduced maintenance costs over the life of the floor. Using world leading dual drive planetary floor grinding machinery and Husqvarna’s advanced resin diamond technology, the HiPERFLOOR system grinds and polishes the concrete floor to achieve a highly reflective, hardwearing and beautiful finish with significantly improved abrasion resistance. This is followed by a treatment with Hiperhard to increase the wear zone density and a final treatment with either Hiperguard Premium Enhance or Hiperguard Greenseal impregnate sealer for enhanced protection.
